REPLACEMENT COVERS
FOR ART LEATHER ALBUMS

Do you need a replacement cover due to your cover being sticky, old, or accidentally damaged? We can help. Usually the pages and photos are fine, but a cover can become damaged or degrade from age. This page is for ordering a cover only - without pages or mats.

Please use care in following the next instructions to ensure you receive a cover that fits your pages.

NOTE: This oval photo window that was popular in the 80's and 90's has now been discontinued and is no longer available.

2. Confirm that your leaves/pages can be removed:
Removing your leaves/pages is easy. If you open the album and look at the top and bottom of the spine (above and below the pages), you'll see what look like some thin "caps". Depending on the age of the album, these may be plastic (which are older) or metal (which are newer). Each spine of each page has a thin wire inside it. The ends of the wire tuck into these caps. To remove the pages, place your finger about 1/2 way up the page's spine. Slide your finger under the wired edge of the page. The first couple pages will be tight. Now slightly flex the wire enough to slide out one end of the wire. Now slide out the other end from the caps. Repeat for all your pages. To install the pages into the new album, use the same process except you'll slide the wire ends into the caps.

3. How many Sides/Mats does your album have?
It is very important to count the sides/mats.... NOT the inserts/leaves. The sides/mats are the components that have the cut-out windows for the photos and are installed back-to-back, so two mats are installed in each insert/leaf. The quantity of sides/mats will always be an even number. This number determines how thick to manufacture your replacement cover. WARNING: If you are not sure about this step, ask us before you order to prevent ordering a cover of the incorrect size.

Cover Materials & Colors
For your replacement cover, you have a variety of cover materials and colors to select from: synthetic materials or upgrade to a genuine leather option.

Step 1: Count your mats (not inserts/leaves) - this determines the album's size

Step 2: Order your cover below

Step 3: Order name imprinting further down page

Imprinting Names & Date on Cover
Two lines are available with each line having up to 28 characters or spaces. Imprinting is available in four options: gold, silver, black, and clear (which looks embossed). PLEASE double check ALL spellings of names. Imprinting fee is $17.50 per line.

If you are imprinting names and/or date here, this color MUST match the color of imprinting you selected above if you chose to add any phrase to your album cover.

Note on cover types: Cayman and Ostrich leathers do not allow for imprinting due to their textures. Submissions for imprinting on these leathers will be omitted from the order prior to the manufacturing of the album.
